What are the best crystals to give to a friend who is suffering from depression? - smokey quartz
I thought, rutile quartz, smoky quartz and obsidian ...? (There are many to choose from, and I will absolutely be the best.)
Any general tips or descriptions of crystal and its healing effects would be greatly appreciated.

Amethyst, citrine, rose quartz.
Not sure, but the freshness issue. I would say that the smoky quartz. (I hate snowflake obsidian)
